Woody Island the home of my childhood days! On the last weekend of September I am hosting the Woody Island Hook-in. A rug Hookers Retreat. Woody Island -This quaint outport fishing village once boasted a population of 400 before government resettlement forced most to relocate elsewhere in the province. Today Woody Island is home to mainly summer visitors who vacation or enjoy weekend getaways in this spectacular and pristine Canadian destination.

Looking forward to the boat ride up, the wonderful meals, great service, not having to do dishes, or housework and most of all spending time with some wonderful like minded people and spend all weekend hooking with maybe a hike or two.  For me- The Perfect Weekend!
